The College of Education for Humanities, in Cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education, Organizes a Training Course Entitled “Qur’anic Guidance Between Tafsīr, Qur’anic Readings, and Language: An Applied Vision in Light of Qur’anic Sciences”

Under the patronage of the President of Tikrit University, Prof. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Prof. Imad Hamid Ahmed, the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education, in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education, organized on Sunday, (30/11/2025), a training course entitled: “Qur’anic Guidance Between Tafsīr, Qur’anic Readings, and Language: An Applied Vision in Light of Qur’anic Sciences.”

The course aimed to shed light on the concept of Qur’anic guidance through an applied study that integrates approaches of tafsīr, Qur’anic readings, and linguistic semantics. The purpose was to enhance researchers’ and students’ ability to understand the Qur’anic text through a precise scientific and methodological framework. The course also emphasized the role of variant Qur’anic readings in enriching the meaning of the Qur’anic text, as well as methods of employing linguistic analysis to uncover the semantic dimensions of guidance in the Qur’anic verses.
