The Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Imad Hamid Ahmed, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Adel Salih Alawi, attended part of the PhD dissertation defense of the student Imad Farhan Yaseen at the College of Arts on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
The dissertation, entitled “The Semiotics of Passions in the Novels of Abbas Mohsen Khawi,” was presented and discussed in the presence of the examination committee.
The attendees extended their best wishes to the members of the examination committee and the candidate for continued success in their academic endeavors.
